Growth Hub Worcestershire’s Micro and Small Businesses Account Manager
I advise businesses on the types of support, grants and other programmes that they can access to help them start, or grow their business.
This includes introductions to the support providers, grant funding organisations, universities and others that can help.

Growth Hub Bromsgrove & Redditch Account Manager
I advise Worcestershire businesses on the local support available to them from partners within the county. This support can be grants, learning, networking amongst others, aimed to help people who are starting up, running or growing their businesses.
There is a wealth of support available in Worcestershire, and we help businesses identify and access what they need.

Gwen Davies
Growth Hub Strategic Investment Account Manager
I support many different types of businesses within the county, in particular the larger and foreign owned companies. My role is very much to understand each company’s strategic objectives and their challenges. By doing so I identify the local and national support currently available for each company to utilise and ultimately support their growth. This may well lead to facilitating introduction meetings with the relevant support organisations or key partners. By doing so this helps the business gain a deeper understanding of what is available. As a result this can then be incorporated into the business plans.

Chris Orr
Growth Hub Wychavon & Worcester City Account Manager
I help businesses in Worcester City and Wychavon understand and access the support available to them through our partners in the county and beyond. This involves introducing business owners to professional advice and support, grant opportunities, funding organisations, education providers and other organisations that can help them to thrive, grow and meet their business objectives in Worcestershire. My role is to help businesses understand what support is available, and to help them access this at the right time. I also collect information from businesses about the opportunities and challenges that they face and deliver this to our partners.
I have lived in Worcestershire for most of my life and I am passionate about our county, and about supporting the fantastic businesses we have in Worcestershire

I help businesses in Worcestershire identify and access any support, grants and programmes available to them which can help them to start up, grow and run their business.
Worcestershire offers a fantastic range of local support, and we are on hand to help them access it all.

Finley Stanley
Growth Hub Business Navigator and Data Officer
I am the Business Navigator and Data officer for the Growth Hub. My role requires me to manage the Growth Hub CRM system and ensuring data fields are completed and updated regularly. I compile weekly reports as well as being the point of contact for the team for questions or training on the CRM system. I also am part of the front line navigator help team, answering support enquiries from the local business community.

Project Manager
I am the Project Manager currently overseeing the delivery of the Professional Business Advisors programme. Before joining the Growth Hub, I mainly come from a background in finance. Specialising in managing the personal finances of extremely vulnerable people.

Paul Swinnerton
Project Manager
As a Project Manager at the Worcestershire Growth Hub, my role spans different aspects. I help oversee the successful Professional Business Advisors Programme, which provides free advice to businesses within the county, now in its fourth wave, the interest for the programme has continually improved. I help towards inward investment, by helping businesses find properties who wish to relocate to the county and or businesses who wish to stay within the boundaries – this is done by using several resources, all with the aim to improve the local economy. I am also part of a team that builds reports for the Department of Business, offering insights to the challenges that our businesses face within Worcestershire. Along with my day-to-day role I also investigate ways to continuously improve services for the Growth Hub.

Mariana Fouto
Marketing & Communications Executive
As a Marketing and Communications Executive my role consists on updating the Growth Hub’s social channels, as well as the website, informing Worcestershire businesses of the latest news, grants, funding, support and events happening in the county.
I also overlook the events the Growth Hub attends, and help organise the team and our stand.
