Kerris Crook HR Consultancy is based in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

The Consultancy provides the full remit of HR services, through pay as you go or retainer packages. Support can be provided in person or via Zoom covering the whole employee lifecycle including disciplinary and grievances, restructures and redundancies. The Consultancy can work with you to consider ideas in the hopes of avoiding redundancies and ensure that all action is taken in line with legislation.

The Consultancy has partnered with a leading recruitment software provider as a cost-effective alternative to a recruitment agency, advertising any vacancies, conducting telephone interviews and presenting the best CVs. A partnership is also in place with the leading HR software provider, enabling access to HR data via the Cloud.

Kerris Crook is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) accredited, has a Masters’ Degree in HR, and has in-house HR experience within many different industries. Some of Kerris’ career highlights include providing support to Countrywide Farmers throughout their interesting journey and travelling the country to food production sites to manage TUPE, redundancy and restructure processes. More recently Kerris established a HR Department on an engineering site.
