Operating from well established premises on North Moons Moat Industrial estate in Redditch, AW Digital is celebrating an unusual milestone – that of being a 25-year-old start up business!
Eleanor McIntyre, Operations Director at AW Digital takes up the story.
“We have a long and successful business relationship with the Australian company Cash Converters. We remain their ICT support centre in the UK and we also recognised that it was time to build a sustainable and flourishing business outside of this relationship. We are now at the ‘end of the beginning’ in that process as have now increased our capacity to meet the needs of a growing customer base using our vast experience. Over the last 18 months, we have refreshed our brand identity and developed a marketing and business engagement strategy to take us forward into an exciting new stage of the business.”
“With an agile team of 10 employees, we see ourselves as the ‘virtual’ IT department for small and medium size businesses and we look after their complete IT support, software development, website design and marketing, EPOS Systems, onsite install and upgrades, and remote server monitoring.

To support this development drive, AW digital has taken on two local IT apprentices as the company is committed to developing employees that share its specific vision for being 100% customer focussed and up to date with quality accreditations. The team has recently renewed its ISO Quality standard and is taking part in the Worcestershire County Councils’ Cyber Essentials scheme.
Eleanor along with New Business Development Manager Deep Gohil and the team are planning to work with NWedR, Worcester Business Central and support partners to deliver local business events to further its business network and to reach out to Redditch based companies who are not yet connected to the range of support available to them.
