Worcestershire businesses are being invited to attend a FREE online event about Peer Networks on Tuesday 29 June.
Peer Networks, run locally by Worcestershire Business Central provides a great opportunity for businesses to grow their connections, find new ideas and gain fresh perspectives. The programme ran its first delivery phase during quarter 1 of 2021 and helped numerous local businesses to learn and grow from each other.
The Worcestershire Business Central team are currently preparing for the second phase of the Peer Networks, inviting businesses to express their interest to be involved in the programme. The next phase is now open for expressions of interest. If you’re an SME with at least five employees, a turnover of at least £100 and have operated for at least one year, you can apply to join the Peer Networks programme.

The event on 29 June will feature information about the wider Peer Networks programme across the West Midlands, featuring guest speakers and other local businesses who will cover the benefits of the programme.
Speakers for the event include:
- Piers Linney – Entrepreneur, start-up and scale-up business expert
Piers, recognisable as an investor on BBC Dragon’s Den is a world-class businessman and keynote speaker. He will be speaking about his own experiences and how scaling up through collaboration can be achieved.
- Camilla Ainsworth – Business consultant
Camilla, owner of a popular dairy-free drinks brand, will be sharing her true grit stories of starting a business, and how building a trusting network can help boost your business growth.


The event will take place on 12pm and is completely free for Worcestershire businesses to join.
