Local businesses are being encouraged to submit their application for the new Enterprising Worcestershire Grant.
The first call for the new Enterprising Worcestershire Grant Fund offers grants from £1000 up to a maximum of £15,000 providing 40% of the total cost of a project. This can be used to invest in new equipment, have a website built or purchase consultancy advice, whatever will help to develop the business in the early years.
The grant applications will be open on 4th November and will run until 27th November. The scheme will enable SME’s to establish and grow whilst making a positive contribution to the Worcestershire economy and employment rates across the County by creating more sustainable SME’s.
Building on the success of the previous programme, this first grant call has been considerably increased allowing SME’s to make a much more significant investment.
Interested businesses can find out more about the grant and can access the grant application form on the Enterprising Worcestershire page here.
To help local businesses with the application process for this funding, the Enterprising Worcestershire team are running a free grant workshop which will help those interested to learn everything they need to know about the application process and receive top tips on how to apply.
