Leave a Nest is proudly announcing they are resuming the TECH PLANTER programme in the UK.
TECH PLANTER is a platform that Leave a Nest started in 2014 to support deep-tech startup businesses, who are passionate about commercialisation and business creation, around the world. The platform allows support to startups from all aspects including prototyping support, IP strategy, investments, and moreover connecting with larger corporates, especially from Japan. The programme’s focus is real technology such as those related to agriculture, biotechnology, drones, IoT, medical, and other fields which can solve challenging problems faced by local communities and provide prototyping needs through funding or access to Jpan’s super factories and manufacturers.
The program has run in the UK 3 times in the past, however, due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, activities were suspended.
A total of 9 finalists will be selected to present their innovative business idea and solution to the panel of judges from multinational corporations, venture capitals, and startup ecosystem plater on this Demo Day.
The Demo Day is taking place in London, on the 28 October 2023. The deadline for applications for the TECH PLANTER programme is 1 September 20223 at 23:59.
