Assure Technical and Worcestershire Growth Hub have a longstanding working relationship, first engaging in 2021. Since then, Assure Technical have regularly met with members of the Worcestershire Growth Hub team to understand the relevant business support available.
Via support from the Growth Hub, Assure Technical has been able to access a Sustain & Grow Grant, various training grants and received specialist HR & Finance support via the Professional Business Advisors Programme.
Business Impact
The support that Assure Technical accessed via the Growth Hub has accelerated the development of their business. The Sustain & Grow Grant advanced the company’s branding and website development.
This investment enabled the business to stand out within a competitive market. Various staff training grants have provided the opportunity to upskill staff members to enhance their roles, and the specialist HR and finance guidance strengthened internal capability, allowing the team to scale operations with greater confidence and efficiency.
