Nestled on the outskirts of Kidderminster, Deerhurst Day Nursery operates from a charming two-storey Edwardian house. With a passionate team of 30 early-years professionals, the nursery provides exceptional care, play, and learning opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
After successfully completing the Elevate Programme delivered by Worcestershire County Council, Deerhurst wanted to continue building staff capability and strengthening nursery operations. To drive long-term growth, upskill their team, and enhance future-readiness, they sought expert
