The organisation, based in Redditch, integrates seamlessly with hospital teams, offering flexible insourcing and outsourcing models that increase capacity, reduce waiting times and strengthen clinical services without adding pressure to internal resources.

The Worcestershire Growth Hub has been supporting MediServices Healthcare for several years and has made a significant and measurable impact on the organisations’ business growth, strategic direction, and staff development.
In the recent support, MediServices Healthcare have been able to access the SkillsBoost Training Grant and the Professional Business Advisors Programme via the Growth Hub.
Business Impact
Through the support accessed via the Growth Hub, MediServices Healthcare have been able to benefit greatly from the expertise of the Professional Business Advisors Programme, specifically marketing, whose guidance and copywriting support was instrumental in the development and launch of their new website.
In addition, they engaged the support for market research activities, to help shape their growth strategy. MediServices Healthcare also accessed the SkillsBoost Training Grant, which enabled them to invest in Level 7 Strategic Leadership training, specifically tailored to the healthcare industry.
This has strengthened leadership capability within the business and supported long-term sustainability. Further funding also allowed them to deliver a wellbeing workshop for staff, contributing positively to staff engagement, morale, and overall wellbeing.
