Company Overview
Padelheim is a pre start business in Redditch, looking to establish a premium indoor padel club for the local community. The soon to be launched padel club will be fully indoor, allowing year-round play, and is designed to be more than just a sports facility.
Alongside court bookings, Padelheim plans to offer coaching programmes, social events, corporate days, and inclusive sessions aimed at groups such as retirees, beginners, and families. Padelheim will also benefit the wider community by creating new jobs, and partnerships with schools and organisations to promote physical activity and wellbeing

They have also been able to align the project with wider economic and community priorities in Redditch. In particular, the connection into the Worcestershire Careers Hub has enabled early conversations around skills and employment pathways to see how Padelheim can support young people through work experience and future opportunities
Supporting a pre-start that will have such a positive impact on the community, with a wonderful ethos and commitment to community focus has been an absolute pleasure.
