Top Escape Rooms, based in Malvern, are a business providing escape room experiences. Founded just before the COVID-19 pandemic, Top Escape Rooms faced immediate and unexpected obstacles.
Top Escape Rooms had exciting growth plans, and were looking for additional support achieve their exciting growth plans.
Support Received
Top Escape Rooms were introduced to Worcestershire Growth Hub by Worcestershire County Council’s Elevate Programme Team, having identified a need for additional business support after completing the Elevate Programme.
Jamie took time to visit their business to understand their future plans, recognising the need to support them on marketing and recruitment.
Business Impact
Via the support from the Growth Hub, Top Escape Rooms were able to access targeted training and one-to-one support, including specialist advice on recruitment.
Growing their marketing has been a key goal, and they were able to access training in digital tools, including Canva and AI, enabling them to develop content more confidently and efficiently.
With clearer direction and renewed confidence, Top Escape Rooms have expanded their offering, building additional games and successfully opening a second site.
