Worcestershire Business Central (WBC) is delivered through Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce (the Chamber).

[The Chamber OR Worcestershire County Council (WCC)] is the data controller for the purposes of GDPR 2016 and takes the processing of your personal data very seriously.

[WBC OR WCC] is responsible for the protection of all personal data supplied by you. You acknowledge and consent to the data supplied being held on [the Chamber’s OR WCC’s] shared database.

The Client Relationship Management (CRM) database is shared with the programme partners, who are: Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, Worcestershire County Council, Bromsgrove District Council, Malvern Hills District Council, Redditch Borough Council, Wyre Forest District Council, Worcester City Council, and Wychavon District Council. The shared database enables co-operation across the economic development team officers in the county which will mean your business receives a coordinated service from us.

The CRM database is also shared with programme funders, who are: The Local Economic Partnership, The Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government and The Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy for project monitoring and auditing purposes.

As part of our service delivery we will keep you informed regarding grants, business support and funding that we believe is relevant to your enterprise.
