To support Worcestershire businesses, the Worcestershire Growth Hub working in partnership with Worcestershire County Council, is delivering the ‘Create Your Future Workforce’ event series focused on recruitment and retention to help local businesses utilise the support available to overcome their talent challenges.

This first event will be focused on recruitment support and understanding the talent challenge.

Attendees will gain direct insights into a wide array of recruitment support schemes tailored to help Worcestershire businesses attract the right talent, streamline hiring processes, and build long-term employee loyalty.

The event will provide insight into the national and local picture, what support is available and provide details on how to access the support schemes. Alongside this there will be opportunities to network with the various support programme providers, and other like minded organisations.
