INclusive Worcestershire – Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace

Inclusive Worcestershire is a pledge to improve and promote inclusivity in Worcestershire’s workforce. As part of this Worcestershire County Council, alongside Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, are delivering a series of events aimed at local businesses which will help them to become a more inclusive employer and benefit from the talent on offer. There will be four events as part of the series.

Spaces are limited so we encourage businesses to sign-up early to avoid missing out on becoming Disability Confident.

Seminar two of the series will focus on understanding Neurodiversity and the value it brings to the workplace. Employers will learn how to adapt and create an inclusive workplace which best supports their workforce.

Attendees will be able to hear from leading experts in the Inclusive space and engage with other like-minded businesses. Refreshments will also be provided.
