What is the High Growth Activate Programme?

The High Growth Activate Programme is Enterprising Worcestershire’s unique start-up business support programme designed to help Worcestershire High Growth SMEs accelerate toward success.

Support is aimed at those with the potential to create high growth/high value businesses, seeking to support the more informed start-up with a strong concept/value proposition

What is involved in the Programme? 

 A wide range of engaging and inspiring business support interventions are on offer to support businesses to identify and overcome any key early-stage barriers, create a 3-year growth plan, and develop a solid foundation for their high growth enterprise. 

 The programme is made up of workshops, 1:1 and peer sessions. Focussing on the areas which make a difference to high growth businesses, learning is maximised but more importantly action is taken, by ensuring that businesses complete the support with a solid foundation for future growth. Specialist advisors will also work with businesses, where necessary, to support specific areas such as HR, marketing, and finance. 

 Businesses will also participate in peer sessions which will enable them to work alongside and collaborate with entrepreneurs that share their high growth ambitions and provides the practical tools to support them to move ahead with confidence and speed.  

On completing the support programme SMEs may be able to apply for grant funding

Eligibility

• Worcestershire based Small Medium Enterprises (SME’s) 
• Trading less than 2 years  
• Be trading at least 70% Business to Business 
• Meet the De Minimis State Aid regulations
