Applications for the Enterprising Worcestershire Grant will now be accepted up to the 17 May for capital expenditure only.
The Enterprising Worcestershire Start-Up Grant offers funding from £5,000 up to a maximum of £30,000 for those with an immediate project.
If you are eligible to proceed with an application, at the point of applying, you will be required to provide the following supporting documentation: business plan, proof of business funds, a two-year financial forecast, and quotes for proposed expenditure.
Due to limited funds, the application process is competitive and will be assessed based on quality of submission and ability to complete expenditure by 7 June 2023.
Grants are designed to help start-ups and early-stage businesses with investments such as purchasing IT equipment, machinery, tooling, and marketing materials.
The grants are match funded and will provide 40% of the total cost of a project, meaning 60% is to be funded by the SME. Your business must be less than three years old and trade primarily business to business.
