Businesses today are facing numerous workforce challenges, e.g. skills deficits and recruitment and retention difficulties. The forecasts show that change will become the new norm.
Worcestershire County Council, working with the Growth Hub and other partners, are inviting employers across Worcestershire to participate in a survey so that data can be captured to help build a programme of support.
This survey will allow the council and partners to gather intelligence to shape future support programmes to provide the most value for businesses. It will also enable businesses to plan effectively for the future and succeed in an ever-changing world.
