Malvern Business Academy

Provide learning interventions particularly for team leaders/supervisors recently promoted, but for all levels of management.  This is mainly via our 26 Steps programmes for team leaders, manufacturing supervisors, operational managers, aspiring talent.  These are available hard copy and online and enable internal coaching over a period of time with our support, ensuring that best practice builds within the companies.  We also offer Executive Coaching.

Our contribution to the community is via our Be Your Own Boss programme as a Peter Jones Enterprise Academy.  This 4 month programme runs annually for young vulnerable adults to teach self-employment skills and provides a BTEC 2 qualification to gain entry into the workplace.
