This peer to peer learning session will provide the opportunity for businesses demonstrating best practice to share their insights into business planning, staff engagement and internal communications. This event will also launch the QES Q4 2019 Report, produced in partnership with Bishop Fleming. The theme of this report considers strategic business planning, resilience in uncertain times and communicating the vision of your business to your staff.  Businesses will receive an exclusive first look at the data. The last report of 2019 will provide insights into the local economic landscape, the local labour market conditions and changes in the business environment within Herefordshire and Worcestershire during the final quarter of the year.

This report includes a particular focus on the importance of business planning and resilience, given the unprecedented levels of uncertainty in which businesses now operate.
