Worcestershire businesses looking to maximise their opportunities are being invited to the “Inspiring Growth – Journey to Success” roundtable event on 2 September 2019 at Wychavon District Council, WR10 1PT.

As part of Worcestershire Business Central’s Inspiring Growth campaign, the roundtable event will offer businesses the opportunity to consider key issues encountered along the various stages of growth, discover funding available in the area, and hear key speakers deliver experiential knowledge on the topics of strategy, execution, people, and cash.

September’s roundtable event will feature the following speakers: Duncan Sutcliffe from Sutcliffe Insurance on ‘Cyber and Data Risks’; Steve Parker from Steve Parker International Company Development on ‘Understanding International Trade’; and Claire Hill from Hill HR on ‘The Importance of a Staff Handbook’.

Following the talks, businesses will take part in a roundtable discussion to promote collaboration and the sharing of skills and ideas. Using the knowledge gathered throughout the event, attendees will create actions to take away and implement into their business to support growth.
Businesses who attend will also be given the opportunity to become part of a FREE exclusive directory, highlighting the companies in the area with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to grow. The Inspiring Growth directory will also serve as a tool for businesses to share skills peer-to-peer.

Taking place across the county throughout the year, the “Inspiring Growth – Journey to Success” roundtable events will lead to a finale event in the winter, offering previous attendees the chance to share how the created actions have supported the growth of the business, and be offered the opportunity to win a FREE case study video.
