The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce returns with its informative ‘Maximise Your Membership’ event with great success. This was the first ‘Maximise Your Membership’ event since the Covid19 lockdowns. Hosted at the Bank House Hotel, staff of the Chamber gave a detailed and insightful presentation to attendees on how to maximise a Chamber of Commerce membership.
The event started with a brief networking activity with complementary tea, coffee and bacon rolls, giving attendees the opportunity to meet other Members of the Chamber. With the room at max capacity, the conversation was in full flow, kicking off the event with a lively atmosphere.
Marie Ganderton then took centre stage to give a great overview of what our members have access to with their Memberships. The presentation gave insights into:
- How membership can help with business support and business development
- Affiliate services (free or discounted for Members)
- Additional support for businesses and individuals
- Ways to increase business engagement through call to actions
The event also had special guest Miles Day from the Chamber’s Affiliate Partner ‘Quest’ to explain to attendees the service they can get for free with their Membership, including HR support, Health & Safety support, legal advice and tax advice.
Attendee were given the opportunity to discuss any questions or personal inquiries face-to-face with a Member of the Chamber team, from every department. Staff from the Chamber team answered questions about hw Members can get marketing support, support for international trade documents, Member benefits and the extensive events and training courses all year round.
