A fast growing, independent consultancy in Worcestershire has appointed two new staff as it sets its sights on expansion into the US.
The senior appointments at Kidderminster-based Wyre Solutions, an independent provider of IFS consultancy and support services, will add many years of combined IT expertise following unprecedented growth in the last six years.
In a key managerial move, Michael J Giambra has been appointed as Chief Development Officer at Wyre Solutions LLC, heralding the company’s expansion to the United States. In the Kidderminster office, Frazer Doe has been promoted to the role of Operations Director where he will lead business development and client support.
Michael has worked in the IFS arena for over five years, mainly with North American clients and will be responsible for growing sales and developing Wyre Solutions footprint in the US.

The two new appointments represent further investment by Managing Director, Paul Maybury who started the company in 2011. He has since expanded the consultancy taking the employed workforce to 17 in addition to many contractors, more than tripled turnover over the past three years, as well as setting up the new company in America. Plans are already underway to establish operations in Asia to better serve a growing global client base.
As a result of Paul’s ongoing success, he has been nominated for EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 UK, which recognises his passion and commitment to the local economy and highlights his achievements since starting Wyre Solutions.
