They were seeing business increase significantly month on month to the point where they couldn’t cope with the amount of of work that was coming in, and didn’t have the resources to make the move.
After getting in contact with the Investing In Growth ERDF funded programme, they were offered a grant, which would allow them to grow their business.
Before, they had 11 full-time and 2 part-team team members, however the grant allowed them to expand to 18 full-time and 1 part-time, and they’re still recruiting.
John explains how business has since gone through the roof and says it has been fantastic for them as a business.
