Acting on behalf of Crossroads Caring for Carers, Kyle Pugh Graduate Surveyor at GJS Dillon, sold the freehold of the offices in Weir Lane in Worcester to Care2Recruit. The transaction enabled the vendor to sell their building and enter into a lease of part of the premises.

Crossroads, a Charity offering practical support for family-based carers and people with care needs, will remain in occupation alongside the purchaser.
