Worcestershire businesses attended a series of events to help develop their future workforce.

The Worcestershire Growth Hub, alongside the Worcestershire County Council has delivered two in a new series of events designed to help businesses with their people.

The events, both held in October, were focused on Workforce Planning and Inclusive Leadership. Workforce Planning is a growing topic for many businesses, helping them to think about succession planning to overcome skills challenges many businesses are facing. Inclusive hiring practices are also a growing opportunity for businesses as they embrace those with additional needs into their organisation to ensure the business can be more successful, and provide valuable opportunities to the wider community.

Businesses who missed out on these events can still access support around their workforce development.
