It gives us great pleasure to invite you and your guest to the Annual Lecture of Worcester Business School, in association with the Institute of Directors. The lecture is entitled “The Twists and Turns of BREXIT and its impact in the West Midlands – an insider perspective”. After the lecture you are warmly invited to join us for light refreshments in the historic Jenny Lind Chapel.
Professor Alex de Ruyter is the Director of the Centre for Brexit Studies and is based at Birmingham City University. Widely published in leading national and international economic journals, his current research focus explores the likely impact of Brexit on businesses, and especially those within the UK automotive supply chain. The audience will have the opportunity to take part in a question and answer session after Prof. de Ruyter’s presentation, followed by a chance to network with other local businesses and our new Head of Business School. This lecture will raise and address issues which will be of interest to the local business community and University students alike.
