The Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP)  and Worcestershire Growth Hub team welcomed 50 businesses to the second Worcestershire Business Forum on 27 September in Redditch.

Building on the inaugral business forum in May, this second forum was focused on the skills and recruitment challenges facing many businesses. The forum also covered the current support programmes available which can help businesses to make a long term difference in their workforce.

The Worcestershire Business Forum also provided attendees with a chance to brainstorm what new support programmes could be introduced going forward. The data and intelligence from this discussion was collected by the LEP and Growth Hub team to inform future delivery and decision making amongst public sector partners.
