Worcestershire LEP wants your views on the development of a local Energy Strategy which will build on the area’s strengths and deliver affordable energy and clean growth. The work will inform Worcestershire’s Local Industrial Strategy which is being developed later in 2018. The Energy Strategy is being developed in partnership with Encraft and Sustainability West Midlands (SWM).
We’d like to invite you to attend a stakeholder engagement workshop where we will share information about the Energy Strategy and capture your feedback and your local knowledge, especially around key themes relating to low carbon energy potential, growth of the low carbon sector, fuel poverty, grid capacity and energy related planning policy.
An outline agenda and background to the study is can be downloaded here.
The workshop dates and locations are listed below including a link to the SWM website where you can register your interest in a place. Please note that if the workshop is oversubscribed we will limit places to one per organisation. You only need to attend one of these workshops.
