Worcestershire Works Well

Worcestershire Works Well is a free accreditation scheme designed to support businesses to improve the health and wellbeing of their employees. Improved employee health and wellbeing has been shown repeatedly to improve profitability and productivity of businesses.

With most adults spending a substantial proportion of their daily lives in the workplace, employers can play a vital role in improving the health and wellbeing of the work force.

Worcestershire Works Well is open to all public, private and third sector organisations located in Worcestershire that have a minimum of 5 employees.

The scheme has been operating for over 10 years and there are more than 100 active businesses across the county. Participation in the Worcestershire Works Well scheme is free.
