Worcestershire businesses could be eligible for support to help them move towards their Net Zero targets.
The Zero Carbon Ready Worcestershire Programme, is a pilot scheme to help businesses in Worcestershire reduce greenhouse gases and move towards net zero targets. The team are supporting organisations and business across Worcestershire to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions through free specialist advice and assessments. Some of the areas that they cover include:
· Advice and Review service – this is broken down into different levels of support depending on the need and scope of the work
· Training – they are offering 100% refund funding for individuals wishing to undertake certain retrofit training
· Decarbonisation Portal – they have an exciting new opportunity for businesses to track their carbon emissions through our new online Worcestershire Decarbonisation portal which is completely free to use
· Smart Meter Grants – they are offering 100% funded smart meter for business and organisations for the purchase and installation of smart meters and monitoring equipment
